Josephine was professional, caring, and made the entire process as comfortable as possible. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. The procedure was performed with great skill, and I didn't feel a thing. The follow-up care has been exemplary. My recovery has been smooth, with minimal discomfort, and Jo made sure I knew she was just a phone call or email away if I needed any assistance or had any questions. I took my 16 year old son to Buckingham Podiatry, as we were concerned about his toe nails - which historically seemed to be thin, split, and damaged. We really don't think about the consequence of not looking after our feet do we! Until we can't walk properly in later life. Josephine is a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding podiatrist. I would recommend to anyone who needs help looking after their feet, and expert advice. Also learnt a lot about the mechanics of feet, how important correctly fitted shoes are, and how everyday life can effect their condition. Only two appointments needed, and Josephine provided a maintenance plan for the future. Any concerns, we can book online or contact by telephone, no problem. Great service.

I visited Buckingham Podiatry today and had an excellent experience with Josephine. It was my first time there, she is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, providing thorough explanations (layman’s terms too, which was helpful), effective treatment for my issue and alleviating any concerns I had. The booking process was really easy, communication excellent and even reminders to ensure I didn’t forget to attend - this is a must with busy lives! The clinic is immaculately clean, welcoming, modern and well-equipped, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. There was amply parking at the rear of the building, this added to the stress free visit. My feet feel amazing, confident of any issues and I’ve been provided with everything I require to keep them that way too. I will be visiting again without doubt, I highly recommend Josephine at Buckingham Podiatry for anyone seeking top-notch podiatric care.

Josephine is simply amazing. She is the perfect combination of expertise and great care. Not paying attention cutting my toenails I managed to give myself an ingrowing toe nail, I don’t suggest you do the same. I was in real pain nursing my toe nail and unable to walk I was desperate to be seen. Josephine’s treatment was so delicate and she was so helpful and informative with aftercare advice. I highly recommend Josephine and Buckingham Podiatry.
